Shipping policy
We ship fast, we ship sharp—but only where it makes sense.
The Short Version
- Where we ship: Canada only.
- Cost: flat $9.99.
- Processing: 3–5 business days.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days (most of Canada).
- Tracking: always included (except Lettermail).
- Returns/Exchanges: you cover shipping unless the item was damaged—then it’s on us.
- Carrier: Canada Post.
Regions
- We ship domestic (Canada) only.
- We do not ship to the U.S. anymore—thanks to messy de minimis import rules that slap you with fees and us with headaches. (Consider this our polite middle finger to that nonsense.)
Shipping Options & Costs
- Flat rate: $9.99 on all domestic orders.
- Expedited shipping: available on request—email us, and we’ll see what we can do.
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
- If delays hit, we’ll email you updates until your order is out the door.

Tracking
- All shipped orders include tracking numbers (except Lettermail).
- You’ll get tracking info by email as soon as your order heads out.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once Canada Post has your package, they own the timeline. We’re not responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather, or carrier issues.
- If your package is marked delivered but missing, you’ll need to contact Canada Post to open a Service Ticket or Missing Mail Claim.
- We’ll gladly supply supporting documentation if needed.
Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Costs)
- For size swaps or change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping.
- If your order arrived damaged or defective, we cover shipping both ways.
